Ellis Preserve Ballroom Newtown Square

It’s been a dream of mine to photograph the Ballroom at Ellis Preserve in Newtown Square. I’ve heard that it’s stunning! Emily and Edward may be the most perfect and kind souls. We started the morning where Emily grew up in her parents home. I love love love when my brides do that! One, the room she put her dress on had gorgeous light so that was an actual WIN! Two, moments happened in the home she grew up in. How special can you get? I loved it. Between the giggles with the girls and the first look with her dad, it was just a day to remember.

After the ceremony we went to the beautiful Ellis Preserve. It was dusk, so we had to quickly do all the portraits but the weather for December was just out of this world, perfect for these two! The reception began and I knew it was going to be a part of a lifetime. An amazing band, guests ready to party. I knew a few of the guests because of them being past clients or guests at other weddings we photographed so I knew we were in for the BEST NIGHT – and it was! Beginning the night ‘icing’ ALL the bridal party was HILARIOUS! Emily and Edward ‘Iced’ everyone when they asked them to be in the wedding so it was only fitting that they iced everyone as they walked into the reception (best moment ever!)

Seriously, had the best day with these two. I hope you’re ready for a big blog because a lot of memories happened and a lot of photo’s were taken! 😉
